Why I Sell Avon & Recruit Others

People who know me constantly ask me why I sell Avon when I have been working at a full time job for 26 years, own my own home, have a car, etc.



As a single parent, my main reason to start my home based business was because I needed a way to lower my income taxes as I had to claim child maintenance. And, for those of you who know what this does to your taxable income, you'll understand why I looked at this opportunity.



Starting my own Avon business only cost me $20 and today I make at least $200 to $300 per campaign and reap the benefits of a home-based business.



I can work as little or as much as I want in my own home. It sure beats working part time for someone else.



After working hard at my business for 2 years, I have successfully built a client base of about 150 customers. They don't all buy each campaign, but they do buy many times throughout the year.



I was surprized at how much I would really like this business. Once I started camparing prices to other major brands, I was amazed at how little Avon costs and how competitive our products are.



I quickly realized that I had to buy shampoo, cosmetics, soaps, roll-ons, skin care, etc. and why not buy the stuff at a discount. And I ended up meeting so many nice people and enjoyed bringing them happiness when I delivered their orders.



I was enjoying selling Avon so much, and I had learnt so many techniques that I decided to become a Leader and recruit others to sell and share the opportunity, to make their business profitable and to have fun doing so.
